“I'm really pleased with the quality of the work. Everything was completed to a high specification. For example, replacement bricks were matched exactly (after they did trips to various brickyards); and the repairs to the roof have been done really well - stripped down completely and then built back up (not patching over the problems). I found Chris really good at communication, and fair when we discovered some extra works that needed to be done.”
